Team Values presents four numbered principles in a two-column card grid, each with a mono index (01 to 04), a title, a plain-sentence description, and a ruled cost section that names the real downside of holding to that principle. The principles for Field Studio are: principals on every project, we say what we think, we do not outsource writing, and we publish what we learn. The cost under each is honest: we have turned down work, we have lost projects for being too direct, projects take longer, some of our best work never shows up here.
Values are one typed array with equal keys. The cost field is the distinctive detail, a principle with no cost named is a preference, naming the tradeoff makes the values credible.
Reach for this block as the principles section on a studio about page or a dedicated culture page. The installer replaces the studio name, the four principles, and the cost sentences with their studio's real positions.

Tip: the cost row is only effective when it names a real consequence. We have turned down work because accepting it would require delegation we are not comfortable with is more credible than this sometimes means slower growth.
