About this block

Process And Services maps three services to the three phases of an engagement, Discover, Design, and Deliver, so a visitor can see where Research and framing, UX and product design, and Handoff and system documentation each land before they reach out. The heading reads Services in context.

Phases are one array with a phase number, a phase label, a service title, and a detail paragraph. Pairing the service to its phase is the distinctive choice: a standalone services list tells clients what you do, this tells them when.

When to use

Reach for this block as the services section of a personal portfolio where the engagement flow is consistent and worth explaining. The installer swaps the phase labels, service titles, and detail paragraphs to match their own process.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

After

• Who I work with
• Contact sections

What you can display

One strong use is the end-to-end design engagement. Other shapes:

• Agency retainer. Phase labels like Strategy, Build, and Grow for an ongoing client relationship.
• Dev shop process. Discovery, Development, and Launch for a team that ships code, not design files.
• Consulting model. Audit, Recommend, and Implement for advisory work where only some phases always run.

Tip: the body copy note that most projects run all three phases but clients can step in at any seam is what makes the block feel honest rather than prescriptive.
