CV Download Band is a slim card with a last-updated label and date on the left, Last updated, June 2026, and a file note plus a Download CV button on the right. It is the quiet prompt that tells a visitor the document is current and gives them the PDF without searching the page.
The whole block is a single meta object. The compact py-8 section keeps it from adding unnecessary vertical space when placed directly above or below the resume block.
Place it immediately above a resume block to set context, or below it as a closing action. The installer updates the date to reflect when the CV was last touched and sets the download href to their real PDF path.

Tip: the last-updated date does quiet credibility work; a stale date signals neglect as loudly as a missing one.
