Handoff Checklist lists exactly what the client receives at the end of a project as a six-item checked list: production-ready source files, developer handoff notes, component documentation, brand and style guide, account and asset access, and a recorded walkthrough. Each item names what is included and why. The right column carries a framed summary of the handoff format and a ruled notes strip (typical handoff window, live walkthrough inclusion, revision window), plus a card that names what is not included.
Deliverables and notes are two arrays. The not-included card is the distinctive choice: naming what the handoff does not cover (ongoing maintenance, future feature work) sets the boundary and makes the promise more credible.
Reach for this block on a services or process page to set client expectations before a proposal is signed. The installer swaps the deliverable lines for their actual handoff package and updates the notes strip with real timings.

Tip: the what is not included card is as important as the checklist; a clean ending reads better than a vague ongoing relationship that neither side defined.
