Four Step Process lays out the engagement shape as four numbered cards in a row: Discover, Define, Design, Deliver. Each card states the work at that stage in one plain sentence, from reading everything you share and mapping what is actually broken through to a handoff that includes a component inventory and written notes so your engineers are not guessing at intent.
