Discovery Call Steps explains what happens on a free 30-minute first call as a four-step numbered list: you describe the project, I ask the questions that matter, we talk through fit, you leave with a clear next step. The right column carries a ruled fact strip (duration, format, cost, commitment) and a book-a-slot card with a CTA, so the practical details sit beside the agenda.
Steps and call facts are two separate arrays. The numbered list with step detail is the distinctive choice: an agenda removes the uncertainty that stops people from booking, and naming both fit outcomes (proposal within three business days, or an honest reason why I am not the right fit) signals honesty.
Reach for this block on a contact or services page to convert visitors who are interested but not ready to commit. The installer swaps the step copy to match their actual first-call format and updates the email address in the CTA note.

Tip: naming both outcomes of fit (yes or honest no) is more persuasive than a generic we will talk, it signals that your time and theirs is being respected.
