Latest Issue pairs a preview of the most recent newsletter issue with a subscribe prompt in a two-column grid. The left column shows a bordered card with the issue date, title ("The case for fewer components"), and a two-sentence summary, plus a read link. The right column holds the subscribe form with the cadence note ("published on the 1st and 15th of each month"). The titled issue preview is the distinctive detail: giving visitors a real sample reduces the risk of subscribing to an unknown.
The issue data is a single const object so the installer updates title, date, summary, and href in one place.
