Nav With Cta is the conversion header, the name mark Avery Stone on the left, three links Work, Services, and About in the middle, and a primary button Get in touch on the right. The button is the structural difference from the minimal navbar: it makes an explicit ask rather than waiting for the visitor to find the contact page.
Links are one array; the button sits outside it as a fixed call to action. The nav links hide on small screens, the button stays, so mobile visitors always see the ask.
Reach for this block at the top of a freelance or services portfolio where inbound leads matter. The installer swaps the name, the three link labels, and the button text and href for their own contact destination.
A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Tip: the CTA button should go where clicking it ends the conversation in the right way, a booking link is better than a generic contact form for consultants.
