About this block

Discography Grid shows six album cards in a responsive grid, each carrying a Placeholder cover, the album title, the release year, and a track count in tabular numerals. The lede frames the span of the catalogue honestly, six records, six years, from the lo-fi bedroom sessions of First Light to the full-band production on Quiet Hours.

Albums are one const array. The grid collapses from six columns on large screens down to two on mobile, so each cover stays legible without a scroll.

When to use

Reach for this block on a musician landing page or a standalone discography page. The installer swaps album titles, years, and track counts, and replaces the Placeholder covers with real artwork.

What you can display

One strong use is the full catalogue grid. Other release layouts:

• Singles grid. Three or four recent singles with release dates instead of track counts.
• EP and album mix. Two rows, one per format, with a small label.
• Chronological scroll. A single column ordered newest first for a long back catalogue.

Tip: year plus track count is enough metadata per card, adding genre or label copy makes the grid harder to scan.
