Two Up Gallery shows three pairs of Placeholder images in a two-column grid, each with a title and a medium or date caption: Morning light, Hudson Valley beside Fog study, upper reservoir, both 35mm film, November 2024; then Studio session and Market day; then two ink studies from 2023. Pairs are grouped by series or shoot and presented in the order they were made, giving the page an editorial rhythm rather than a portfolio dump.
Pairs are one typed array of left and right objects with title and caption. The aspect-4/5 portrait format is the distinctive choice: taller images let two fit the screen width comfortably while giving each one breathing room.
Reach for this block as a curated series section on a photography or illustration portfolio, or as a second gallery section after a filtered grid. The installer swaps titles, captions, and Placeholder tiles for real work grouped by shoot or series.

One strong use is the film photography series layout. Other two-up uses:
Tip: group pairs by series rather than by date; showing related images together gives visitors a reason to look at both rather than scan past.
