Columns Gallery shows twelve Placeholder images in a four-column grid with uniform square aspect ratios and a short caption under each tile, naming the project and client, Brand identity at Ledger, UI kit at Tend Health, Dashboard at Atlas, and so on. A piece count, 12 pieces, sits inline with the heading so the volume of the body of work is stated before the eye lands on the first frame. The tidy structured layout is the distinctive choice: uniform squares make a large and varied body of work easy to scan without visual hierarchy competing for attention.
Items are one flat array of id and caption pairs. The grid steps from two columns on mobile through three on small screens to four on large, keeping the count consistent regardless of viewport.
Reach for this block as the work samples or gallery section of a designer, illustrator, or photographer portfolio. The installer swaps the twelve Placeholder tiles for real work and updates the captions to name the actual project and client.

Tip: the caption is doing the qualification the thumbnail cannot; project plus client plus medium beats a generic title like Screenshot 01.
