About this block

Footer With Newsletter pairs contact details and social icons on the left with an inline newsletter sign-up on the right, all inside a bordered card above a copyright bar. The left column names Avery Stone, states the location and availability (Lisbon, available from August 2026), and lists the email alongside X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and GitHub. The right column names the newsletter Notes on design, sets the expectation (no frequency promises, no sponsored content), and takes the email input with a Subscribe button.

Contact details and social icons are two arrays. The honest expectation-setting copy on the newsletter side is the distinctive detail, telling subscribers exactly what they are signing up for.

When to use

Reach for this block as the footer of a personal portfolio that publishes occasional writing or design notes. The installer swaps the name, availability month, email address, social hrefs, newsletter name, and the subscribe endpoint.

A natural flow around it on a Portfolio Pro page:

Before

• Contact form
• CTA band

After

• Nothing, footers close the page

What you can display

One strong use is the writing-led personal portfolio footer. Other footer uses:

• Studio footer. Replace the personal name and email with a studio address and a general inquiry link.
• No newsletter. Remove the right column and expand the contact side to fill the width for a simpler close.
• Multiple lists. Replace the newsletter form with a short list of recent posts linking to the archive.

Tip: the availability line in the left column doubles as a passive hire-me signal; keep the month current so it never reads as stale.
