Now Building shows three active projects as stacked cards, each with a plain title, a status badge (In progress, Shipping soon, or Just launched), a technical description, and a dated progress note below a ruled divider. Kestrel CLI is in progress with core diff engine done, Reflex Auth is shipping soon with beta tagged and docs writing this week, and Grid Notes just launched at v1.0.0 in June 2026.
Projects are one typed array; the three-state badge style is the distinctive detail, Just launched uses bg-foreground text-background to mark the finished item without a colour literal.
Reach for this block as the current-work section of a developer portfolio homepage or a dedicated now page. The installer swaps the project titles, descriptions, status values, and hrefs for their real in-progress work.

Tip: the status note under the divider does more work than the badge, beta tagged and docs writing this week tells a reader where the project actually is in the week they are reading, not just a stage label.
