Inquiry Form qualifies a lead before the first call, five fields in a centred max-w-xl column: name and email in a two-column row, a project-type select with options from Brand identity through Art direction and Other, an approximate budget select from Under 5,000 to 40,000 and above, and a project overview textarea. The submit note says plainly that a real scope and fee estimate follow after a short discovery call, not before.
Project types and budget ranges are two const arrays feeding NativeSelect. Naming that the scope comes after the call is the distinctive honesty, it sets the right expectation and stops the negotiation before it starts.
Reach for this block as the contact section for a higher-value freelance or studio practice where the project type and budget are decision factors. The installer swaps the project-type options and budget bands to match their actual service tiers.

Tip: the note that scope comes after the call protects both sides, add it and clients stop expecting a quote in the first reply.
