What Makes Me Different presents three distinctive points as numbered rows, each split across an approach panel and a tradeoff panel. The three points are: I work from the problem, not the brief; I write as part of the design; I keep the file manageable for whoever comes after me. Each carries an explicit cost, for example the discovery phase adds one to two weeks.
Points are one array with approach, detail, and tradeoff fields. The distinctive choice is the tradeoff column, it is what makes the block read as honest rather than promotional.
Reach for this block on a services or positioning page where the goal is to be candid about how you work, not just what you deliver. The installer replaces the three points and tradeoffs with their own genuine approach and its real costs.

Tip: a tradeoff column is the credibility signal, if your approach has no downsides it reads as a sales page, not a positioning statement.
