Office Hours is a two-column accessible-help block showing open weekly slots with a spots-remaining count, a how-it- works definition list, a good-for bullet list, and a not- the-right-fit list. This week shows Tuesday 9:00 to 11:00 am GMT with 3 spots left and Thursday 4:00 to 6:00 pm GMT with 2 spots left. The how-it-works rows name the things that worry people: slots are 25 minutes with a 5-minute buffer, spots open each Monday morning, and there is no charge. The closing what-happens-after note, office hours are not a funnel, names the one thing that makes free slots feel safe to book.
Slots, good-for items, not-good-for items, and how-it- works rows are four separate const arrays. The not-the- right-fit list uses an open-circle bullet to visually distinguish it from the filled-circle good-for list.
Reach for this block on a coaching or contact page as the low-barrier alternative to a full session booking. The installer swaps the slot days, times, and timezone, the spots-left counts, and the good-for items to match their actual availability model.

Tip: the not-the-right-fit list protects the slot quality as much as the good-for list, both are needed to attract the right people.
