About this block

Intro and Gallery opens with a short project statement, forty percent of new teams were leaving before the first invite, then lays out six captioned Placeholder frames in a three column grid moving from Initial audit through to Results dashboard. The captions do the narrating: each names exactly what the frame shows and why it mattered in the sequence.

Frames are one array of caption strings. The captioned gallery format is the distinctive choice, it gives a visual case study its evidence and its story in a single section without needing a long sidebar or a scrolling timeline.

When to use

Reach for this block as the visual body of a project page or a case study section on a portfolio homepage. The installer swaps the intro paragraph and the six Placeholder frames for their own project images and captions.

What you can display

One strong use is the onboarding or flow redesign case. Other visual case formats:

• Brand project. Replace flow frames with logo explorations, color studies, and final lockup.
• Before and after. Alternate old and new screens with captions that name the change and the reason.
• Photography series. Six frames with location or context captions instead of process labels.

Tip: captions are the case study, a frame labeled Prototype v1 with no context is a screenshot, a caption that names what changed between v1 and the final screen is the argument.
