About this block

Horizontal Timeline is a Linear style changelog. A bold "Changelog" heading sits above a horizontal rail, and each recent entry hangs a dot on the rail followed by a title, a two line summary, and the release date. The newest entry's dot is filled and ringed, so a reader instantly sees what is current.

The header, the entries, and the "View all" link are independent, so you can rewrite the copy, add or remove entries, or point the link at your full changelog without touching the rest. On small screens the four column rail reflows into a single column, so it stays readable on any device.

When to use

Reach for this block when you ship often and want a landing page to show it. For a real estate marketplace this is a natural fit on the product homepage: buyers and agents want to know the platform is actively improving before they commit. A compact changelog teaser proves the product is alive without pulling visitors off the conversion path.

A natural flow around it on a Modern SaaS page:

Before

• A feature section to show the product doing real work before the release history
• A testimonials section to back the product with customer proof

After

• A pricing section to convert the momentum you just built
• A closing CTA to capture the click

What you can display

The obvious fit is your four most recent releases, newest first. A few other ways to use the frame:

• A launch week. Drop in the highlights from a single big release so each entry covers one headline feature.
• A public roadmap. Swap shipped dates for target months to preview what is coming next.
• Release notes by theme. Group entries around speed, collaboration, or platform so the story reads as a direction, not a list.

Tip: keep each summary to two short sentences so every card clamps to the same height and the dates stay aligned along the bottom.
