About this block

Trust Center Links is the documents shelf of a trust page. Four cards each carry an icon disc, a document name, a sentence on what it contains, an updated date, and an action link, with the actions honestly differentiated: downloads for the open documents, an NDA request for the security pack, and a live link for status. The lede makes the access policy itself a trust signal, no forms, no sales gate.

The documents are one array of icon, title, description, date, and action label. The updated dates are the working part, a trust center with stale dates reads as abandoned exactly where freshness matters most. Keep one card pointing at something live, status or changelog, so the shelf never feels static.

When to use

Reach for this block as the action layer of a trust center, after security-pillars-grid has explained and compliance-badges-row has certified. Reviewers arrive with a checklist of artifacts to collect, this section lets them finish the errand without emailing anyone, which shortens the security review by exactly the slowest email in it.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• Compliance chips and pillars establishing what the documents evidence

After

• Contact for the questions the documents do not settle
• Footers closing the trust page

What you can display

One strong use is the standard review artifact set. Other shelves:

• Legal shelf. Terms, DPA, SLAs, and acceptable use with version dates per card.
• Procurement shelf. W9 equivalents, insurance certificates, and banking letters for the commercial reviewer.
• Engineering shelf. Architecture overview, API terms, and rate limit policy for technical diligence.

Tip: differentiate the action verbs honestly, download, view, and request under NDA each set expectations a generic learn more would blur.
