Role Quote Tabs sorts your proof by who is reading it. A centered heading and lede set up the section, then a three tab list lets a visitor pick their seat, founder, marketer, or operator. Each panel shows one large centered quote, attributed with an illustrated avatar, a name, and a role, and closes with a ruled result line that names the concrete win that customer measured.
Every tab is one entry in a typed array, so adding a role or swapping a quote is a single edit. The block is built on the shared tabs primitive, avatars come from the inline art, and the result line reads from the same record as the quote, so each panel stays internally consistent. Everything uses theme tokens and ships with no external images.
Reach for this block when one testimonial cannot speak to every buyer and a long wall would bury the one that matters. It suits a product sold across several roles, where a founder cares about board reporting and an operator cares about turnaround, and each wants to hear from someone doing their job. Placed after features have made the general case, it lets the visitor self select into the proof written for their seat.

The obvious fit is one flagship customer per buyer role. A few other ways to use the frame:
Tip: keep the quotes close in length across tabs so the panel holds a steady height as visitors switch. A short quote in the same frame as a long one makes the tab feel emptier than it is.
