Sla Commitments Table puts the contract on the page. Four commitments run with their target, the trailing actual in the emphasized column, and the remedy when missed, with the footnote carrying the detail that converts operators, credits apply automatically, no claim form. Target beside actual is the whole rhetorical move, promises graded in public.
The rows are one array. The remedy column is what separates an SLA from a goal, every row needs a consequence with teeth. Actuals should comfortably beat targets, a table where they barely do reads as a warning.
Reach for this block on status pages and enterprise landing pages where buyers ask for the SLA PDF, publishing it inline removes a sales cycle step and signals you are not ashamed of the terms. It pairs with incident-history-list, the record against which these grades were earned.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: the automatic credit footnote outsells the targets, an SLA you must claim is a discount, one that self applies is a commitment.
