Four region cards each carry a health dot, the city, and a ruled pair of facts, median latency measured from that region and the twelve month incident count. Visitors find their region and read their own numbers, which lands differently than a global average.
The regions are one array ready to wire to monitoring. The incident count per region is the differentiating fact, a one next to three zeros reads as honest bookkeeping. Latency from the region, not to it, is the number users actually feel.
