Metric Tiles Band is a standalone stats section. A centered heading and lede introduce the numbers, and below them a full width row of four KPI tiles sits inside a rounded container, separated by hairline dividers. Each tile shows a large value, a short label, and a one line context note. On small screens the row wraps into a two by two grid so no tile ever shrinks below a readable size.
All four numbers live in a plain array, so you can change every value, label, and note without touching the layout. The heading and lede are independent copy strings. Removing a tile collapses the grid cleanly because the dividers are generated from the gap between cells, and the band reads just as well with three tiles as with four.
Reach for this block when you want a quiet proof point between two heavier sections. It carries the same data as stats-with-bar-chart without a chart, so it suits pages where the surrounding sections already carry visuals. Pick dark-stat-band instead when you need contrast against a light page, or stats-with-sparklines when the trend behind each number matters as much as the number itself.

One strong use is platform scale: customers, volume, results, and reliability in a single sweep. A few other ways to fill the tiles:
Tip: keep every value to four or five characters where possible so the four tiles read as one calm row rather than a jumble of widths.
