Yearly Themes is the roadmap at the altitude that survives. Three theme cards each carry a ghost numeral, the theme as a directive sentence, make reporting disappear, the reasoning paragraph, and the in flight bets along a ruled footer. The lede draws the contract, the roadmap moves weekly, the themes do not.
The themes are one array. Directive phrasing is the craft, themes written as verbs commit where nouns just categorize. The traces to one of these three sentences claim is auditable against your changelog, which is the point.
