Roadmap Columns is the public roadmap as a board. Three columns, Now emphasized with a primary tint, Next and Later on muted surfaces, each carry a definition note and item cards with titles and area tags. The lede defines the column semantics and the movement rule, items travel right to left as evidence accumulates, which is the honest version of a roadmap promise.
The columns are one nested array. The definitions in the notes are load bearing, now means this quarter turns a board into a commitment. Two to four items per column reads as focused, eight reads as a backlog dump that nobody should publish.
Reach for this block on a public roadmap page or the foot of a product page when buyers ask where the product is going. A disciplined board builds the same trust as a changelog, forward instead of backward, and pairs naturally with changelog-list-dated as the proof that items actually exit the board. Publish only what you can survive moving or missing.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Tip: the column definitions matter more than the items, vague semantics are how public roadmaps become public apologies.
