Milestone Progress Bars shows in flight work with a gauge. A closing footnote defines what the bars measure, milestones passed rather than days elapsed, which keeps the gauge from being a guess.
The initiatives are one array of title, stage, owner, and width. The descending order is deliberate, it reads as a pipeline with items at every stage. Named owners add accountability no anonymous roadmap carries, use team names if individuals feel exposed.
