Numbered Editorial opens with a left-aligned heading and a short subline, then drops into a two-column grid of four steps. Each step sits beneath a thin top border and leads with an oversized, lightly tinted step number followed by a bold title and one short paragraph of copy.
All four steps are driven by a plain array, so you can rewrite every headline and description without touching the layout. The heading block is independent of the grid, so you can update the section title and subline separately. Adding or removing steps adjusts the grid automatically, though four entries keep the two-column symmetry intact.
This layout works well when the process has distinct, clearly named phases and each one deserves a sentence or two of explanation. For a healthcare scheduling product it fits naturally on a landing page that walks a clinic through setup: claim your account, configure your schedule, invite staff, and go live. The editorial grid reads faster than a vertical list and carries more detail than a connector-line layout, making it the right choice when steps are parallel rather than strictly sequential.

Each cell holds a number, a title, and a short description. A few ways to fill those slots:
Tip: keep each description to two sentences or fewer so the grid stays balanced and no single cell dominates the row.
