Gantt Style Plan shows onboarding as a project plan because your buyer has a project manager. Four workstreams run as bars across a four week grid, owners labeled per bar including who does what, Acme team, your ops, together, and the overlaps stated as intentional, nothing waits. The footnote gives the plan its purpose, something to hold us to.
The streams are one array of name, owner, start, and span, drawn as div bars on a grid. It is the project shaped sibling of hiring-process-steps and the most enterprise legible block in the process group.
