Double Deck Nav is a two row sticky header for sites with more navigation than one bar can hold. A slim utility deck runs along the top with secondary links, docs, status, support, and a sign in link, separated by a hairline rule from the main deck below with the logo, four primary links, and the CTA. On mobile both decks merge into one slide in sheet.
The two link sets are separate arrays, and the mobile sheet concatenates them so nothing disappears on small screens. The utility deck hides below the large breakpoint, which keeps the header at one row exactly when space gets tight. Everything else follows the standard navbar conventions of this collection.
Reach for this block when the audience splits into visitors and existing users: buyers read the main deck while customers jump straight to docs, status, or support without crowding the primary navigation. It carries more architecture than standard-sticky-nav at the cost of a taller header, so reserve it for products with a real second audience rather than aspiration.

One strong use is a developer facing product where docs and status deserve permanent placement. Other splits:
Tip: the utility deck earns its height only if every link serves existing users, marketing links belong in the main deck.
