Compact Centered Nav is the navbar pared to its words. A slim borderless bar holds the wordmark with no logo chip, three links, and a text only CTA in primary, the quietest call to action in the navbar group. The bar still blurs over content and still collapses to a sheet, it just refuses every decoration it can.

The links are one array shared with the sheet. The text CTA is the defining choice, a primary colored start free among muted links converts on contrast without a single button. Three links is the intended density, the bar visually breaks at five.

When to use

Reach for this block on minimal sites, personal SaaS, calm products, and editorial brands where even standard-sticky-nav feels like furniture. The absence of a bottom border means it suits pages whose hero begins with whitespace. Choose pill-nav when you want minimal but visible, this one when you want nearly gone.

Tip: keep the CTA as text, the moment it becomes a button this block loses its argument against the standard navbar.
