Contact Split Form is the standard contact section done warmly. The left column makes the case for writing in, a heading, a reassuring paragraph, and three icon facts covering reply time, the direct email, and office cities. The right column is a bordered form card with name, email, and message fields and a full width submit, closed by a small promise line under the button.
The facts are one array of icon and text, and the form is built from the ui Label, Input, Textarea, and Button primitives, so wiring it to an action or handler is the only integration work. The reply time appears twice on purpose, the number is the conversion lever on a contact page.
Reach for this block as the main section of a contact page, or at the foot of a pricing page for sales led products. Its job is lowering the perceived cost of writing in, which the reply time facts do more than the fields. Pick channel-cards when you route by intent before collecting a message, or centered-email-cta when a form would be heavier than your volume justifies.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is a general contact page with a reply time promise. Other forms:
Tip: publish a real reply time and keep it honest, a specific number converts and a broken promise unconverts twice as hard.
