Channel Cards routes contact by intent before anyone types a message. Three bordered cards each carry an icon disc, a channel name, a who this is for sentence, a response promise in small bold text, and an action link with an arrow. Sales, support, and everything else each get their own door, and each door states how fast it opens.
The channels are one array of icon, title, text, promise, and action label. The promises are the persuasive layer, each one is a number or a cadence rather than an adjective. Cards reflow to a single column on phones, and the third card can carry a plain email address as its action when a form would be overkill.
Reach for this block at the top of a contact page when different visitors need genuinely different handling. Routing first saves the sales team from support tickets and support from sales pitches, something a single contact-split-form cannot do. Follow it with the form for the channel that needs one, or use it alone when every channel resolves to a link.

One strong use is the classic sales, support, and general triage. Other routings:
Tip: write the who it is for sentences so visitors self select in one read, a wrong door costs more than a slow one.
