A centered heading announces there is no form, one line explains who reads the inbox and how fast, then the email address itself appears at display size as a mailto link, with a single outline button beneath offering a call instead. The address being the biggest element on screen is the entire design.
The heading, line, address, and button label are four strings. The mailto link means zero backend, and the supporting line carries the trust work, who reads it and when they answer. Keep the button as the secondary path, the block argues that email is the front door.
Reach for this block when your volume is human scale and you want that to show, early products, agencies, studios, and premium services where a form would feel bureaucratic. Declining to gate contact is a confidence signal that contact-split-form cannot send. At higher volumes, switch to channel-cards before the shared inbox drowns.
