About this block

Referral Program Card opens the referral bonus to the world. The ask, know our next hire, the amount at display size with its two way split, and three terms that distinguish the program, paid at probation, open to non employees, and the transparency rule, candidates learn who referred them.

The terms are one array. The public split is the recruiting innovation worth copying, paying the referred candidate too makes referrals a gift rather than a bounty, and opening it beyond employees multiplies the network.

When to use

Reach for this block on careers pages near open-roles-list, and on the company blog during hiring pushes. The probation term protects the program from gaming, state it up front and the bounty hunters self select out.

A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

Before

• Open roles naming the hires this card seeks

After

• Hiring process showing what the referred candidate enters
• Footers closing the page

What you can display

One strong use is an open referral bounty with a candidate split. Other cards:

• Customer referrals. The product referral program in the same honest format.
• Agency bench. A finders fee for client referrals between agencies.
• Community bounty. Rewards for sourcing speakers or contributors.

Tip: split the bonus with the candidate and say so, it converts a transaction into a welcome.
