Culture Values Split describes a normal Tuesday instead of a poster. The left column frames culture as working agreements, written, versioned, enforced by tooling, in a heading and two paragraphs. The right column lists four numbered agreements in ruled rows, each a practice with its enforcement mechanism: meeting free Wednesdays protected by calendar tooling, support rotations including founders.
The agreements are one array of title and text. The mechanism clause is what separates this from a values wall, each line should say how the agreement survives a busy quarter. Four agreements is the right count, candidates remember four, and a culture with twelve rules has none.
