Posts With Sidebar is the blog landing layout. The main column lists three posts in editorial rows, badge and date, a large linked title, and an excerpt, divided by hairline rules. The sidebar sticks on desktop and carries two navigation tools: categories with live counts, and a numbered most read list. Together they say this publication has depth without showing all of it.
The posts, categories, and popular titles are three plain arrays. The category counts and the most read list both reward honesty, real numbers and genuinely read posts. The sidebar goes sticky at the large breakpoint and stacks under the posts on mobile.
Reach for this block as the top section of a real blog page, where readers need both the latest and a way into the archive. It does the job of blog-cards-grid plus navigation, at the cost of the cover art. The most read list is the underrated half, returning visitors check it the way they check a charts page.

Tip: cap the visible stream at three and let the sidebar promise the rest, a landing that shows everything reads as having little.
