Values Grid puts working rules into six bordered cards. A centered heading and lede sit above a three column grid where each card holds a tinted icon disc, a value name, and one sentence describing the behavior the value produces. The lede makes the block its own promise: values written as things we do, not things we admire.
The values are one array of icon, title, and text. The card sentences are the hard part and the worth of the block, each should describe an observable practice, quoted specs, published numbers, founders on support. Generic virtues formatted nicely are still generic virtues.
Reach for this block on about and careers pages after the mission has been stated, mission-statement-centered says why we exist and this grid says how we behave. Candidates read it as a preview of working here, buyers read it as a preview of being a customer. Use principles-numbered instead when your values deserve paragraphs rather than sentences.
A natural flow around it on a Marketing Pro page:

One strong use is company operating values on an about page. Other six card sets:
Tip: test each sentence by asking whether a competitor would dare claim the opposite, if they would, the value is real.
