Funding History List publishes the capital story including its zeros. Four dated events run in ruled rows, the founding savings, the angel round with what it bought, and the two famous zeros, profitability as the round not raised, and the declined Series A with its reasoning, the math required a sales motion we did not want. Amounts sit right aligned in primary.

The events are one array. The declined round is the row that gets this page shared, capital histories usually curate, this one includes the road not taken with the why.

When to use

Reach for this block on about pages of independent companies where the funding structure is positioning, customers buy differently from vendors who answer to them. It pairs with about-with-stats and the zero raised line many companies already flex, this is that line with receipts.

What you can display

Tip: include the round you did not take, the zero rows carry more positioning than the funded ones.
