With Newsletter is a full site footer that combines four link columns with an email signup panel. The columns are headed Company, Support, Shop, and Legal, each holding four text links. A fifth panel to the right carries a short "Stay Updated" heading, a one-sentence description, an email input, and a full-width subscribe button. Below the grid a bottom bar runs the store wordmark and copyright notice on the left and a small row of social icons (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) on the right.
All five sections are independent. You can rename column headings, add or remove links within a column, swap out the newsletter copy, or drop the social icons without touching the grid structure. The bottom bar copy and the store name are plain text, so updating them takes a moment.
Reach for this block when you want the footer to do two jobs at once: point visitors to important pages and capture their email before they leave. It suits platforms with a meaningful content or update cadence, such as an HR and hiring platform that sends weekly job market digests or product release notes. Compared to the simpler single-row footer it gives more navigational depth, and compared to the multi-column-only variant it adds a direct conversion action without requiring a separate email capture section above it.
