Features Testimonial Combo splits into two equal columns. The left column opens with a badge, a large heading, and a short description, followed by a product photo with a frosted caption overlay. Below that sits a two by two grid of feature cards, each with a rounded icon container, a title, and a short blurb. Two call to action buttons anchor the bottom of the column. The right column leads with a subheading, a plain summary line, and a five star aggregate rating row, then stacks three review cards. Each card shows an avatar, the reviewer name and label, a per review star row, and a blockquoted excerpt. A guarantee callout panel with its own icon, heading, copy, and link closes the column.
Every piece of copy is independent. You can swap the badge label, rewrite the heading and description, change the product image, and edit each feature card without touching the testimonial side. The four feature cards and three review cards are both driven by plain arrays, so adding or removing items is a one line change per entry.
Use this block on a property detail or listing page where you want to present key selling points and reinforce them immediately with buyer proof. On a real estate marketplace the left column might list features such as smart home integration, green certification, verified inspection, and concierge support, while the right column carries quotes from past buyers. That side by side arrangement closes the gap between claim and evidence in a single scroll unit, which makes it stronger than a plain feature grid followed by a separate review section further down the page.

The block is built to pair a specific product's core claims with the voices of real buyers. A few content directions that fit the frame:
Tip: keep each feature card description to one short sentence so the two by two grid stays visually balanced with the taller review column.
